Kevin Plageman, PM
GIS & GPS Specialist
Experienced CAD designer, GPS/GIS, aerial drone surveys and computer programming. Based in San Diego he has 20 years design and construction experience. All phases from initial site inventory through final inspections. B.S. Environmental Design, University of Minnesota 2000. Certified Irrigation Auditor.

Civil Engineer
Nath has 20 years working on golf course and development projects in Asia. He has served as Quality Assurance inspector on U.S. Government projects. B.S. Civil Engineering, Central Philippine University. Ph. Lic. #78053. Experienced with HDPE irrigation systems, reservoirs and lake liners.
